I am grateful to Allah Almighty for being so kind and generous as He bestowed upon me His blessings and awarded me with such a wonderful group of friends and a team of co-workers to convert my dream of a luxurious housing project for the public into a reality.
Our project LAKE VIEW CITY is situated very near to Chakri road interchange of Rawalpindi Ring Road and is surrounded by numerous pre-existed housing societies with multiple road approaches for entrance from Rawalpindi/Islamabad. The site of LAKE VIEW CITY is centrally located between two natural jungles which are declared reserved forests by the Governmenthence having a permanent eco-friendly feature in the future as well in this lush green area of Pothohar region. I also owe my gratitude to all my friends in the real estate sector who have appreciated the plan practically by their overwhelming act of booking the plots within a short span. Salient features of our project include basic amenities like electricity, gas, and underground water as well as the modernized facilities like education, health, and commercial hubs that are considered essentials of modern day living. As compared to all other housing projects of the area that lack this quality, our most significant and unique aspect is that we will deliver the possession of developed plots in the promised time frame.
