I am thankful to Allah Almighty for being so kind and gracious in bestowing His blessings upon me and for providing me with such a beautiful set of friends and a team of coworkers to make my goal of an opulent housing project for the general public a reality.

Our project, LAKE VIEW CITY, is bordered by various pre-existing housing societies with multiple road approaches for ingress from Rawalpindi/Islamabad and is located quite close to the Chakri road junction of the Rawalpindi Ring Road. The location of LAKE VIEW CITY in the middle of two natural jungles that the government has designated as conserved forests means that it will always be environmentally benign in this lush, forested area in the Pothohar region. 

I also owe thanks to all of my real estate industry contacts who, by overwhelmingly reserving the plots in a short period of time, showed how much they valued the proposal. Basic necessities like power, gas, and underground water are prominent components of our concept, along with more contemporary amenities like centers for health, education, and commerce that are seen as necessities for contemporary living. Our most important and distinguishing feature is that we will deliver the possession of developed plots within the specified time period, unlike all other housing projects in the area that fall short of this standard.
